In-person classes are located at 945 Cromwell Ave, Rocky Hill CT at Rhythm N Sync
Zoom and In-person Karate Group Classes are divided by age and rank levels. Rank Requirement Material is taught on Tuesdays, General Karate Material is taught on Saturdays, and Karate Basics and workout is taught on Thursdays.
Private zoom online lessons and testing are scheduled by appointment.
Group zoom online tests are scheduled when needed.
Zoom online or In-Person Personal Training Sessions are scheduled by appointment
Outdoor in-person classes are offered on Saturdays, weather permitting, during the class times above at ECS school Court Street in Cromwell CT.
